Bug rewards

Fairstep is in a public testnet beta on Base Sepolia. Test funds only, no real money. Found something broken? Tell us and get paid.

Reward

$25–$150 in USDC, depending on severity (how much harm the bug could do). We decide the severity.

How to report

Send a DM to @usefairstep on X with what happened, the steps to reproduce it, the network, and the deal ID or transaction hash if there is one. Include the wallet address you want the reward sent to.

First valid report wins

If several people report the same bug, only the first valid report gets the reward.

Keep it private until it's fixed

Don't post or share the bug until we confirm it's fixed. Going public before the fix means no reward.

Scope

This site and the testnet escrow contracts listed on the Risk page. Test only with test funds. Don't touch other people's deals or funds, and don't spam, phish or overload the site.

We will never DM you first, and we'll never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Rewards are paid at our discretion, and these rules may change.
