Clients post jobs paid in USDC. Builders apply with their wallet. Once you pick someone, you set up a milestone escrow deal and pay step by step as work is approved.
Posts are written by the people who sign them; Fairstep doesn't check them. Payment happens only through the escrow deal you set up after picking a builder. Max 500 USDC per deal for now. The poster's wallet address is shown on each post; applications are visible only to the poster.
